When you are upset, mad, sad, or stressed, do yourself a favor. Please, do not eat an entire pan of chocolate chip cookies. They may taste yummy, but afterwards, you won’t feel good. At all.
Plus, eating all those cookies will not help your waistline or your health. And now, more than ever, you need to be taking a little better care of yourself.
