On the low blood sugar diet question. I used to have major mood swings based on foods. I switched to a diet with lots of healthy fat and lower carbs and it helped a LOT. Basic idea is to add nuts, olive oil, avocado, yogurt, cottage cheese and milk to almost everything. Add protein powder, nuts and fruit to your morning cereal. Put macademia nuts in with the shrimp stir fry (and skip the rice), etc. I don’t have the same mood swings anymore.
